I’m a collection of a dozen different cultures molded and changed due to time and immigration. My father’s side is from Germany and parts of Scandinavia. My mother’s side has mixes of French, Canadian, Native American, and more. I’m a melting pot, but all of those individual cultures have died down over time through popular media and societal expectations creating a stigma around the celebration of other cultures. I’m trying to discover myself and my culture through my art. My music is inspired by my history, my culture, my struggles with death and mental health, and the world I’ve experienced and the truths I wish to share.
